By providing us your email, you consent to receiving emails from Key Of E Music regarding matters relating specifically to your interaction with Key Of E Music. All emails from us are clearly marked as originating from us and will provide an option to unsubscribe. We do not spam or mass email. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

The information we collect from you (email address, full name, nickname, phone number, company, country of residence and postal/zip code, order history, transaction history, billing info including last 4 digits of credit card) is stored in our database when you register an account and place an order on our website. Such information is necessary to provide musical works for licensing. The information we gather is only used for routine business practices, such as for internal record keeping, improving our products and services, accessing restricted areas of the website, maintaining an order and transaction history, and occasional notification of promos and optional customer surveys. We use SSL to ensure that data transferred between your computer and our website is encrypted.  We do not share personal or user identifiable information with third parties.  Credit card information is sent directly from your computer to the payment processor over an encrypted connection to ensure Payment Card Industry compliant storage.  Passwords are encrypted (hashed) before being stored in our database.

The email address and/or phone number you provided at the time of registering is used by us to communicate with you regarding matters related to your interaction with Key Of E Music. If desired, your customer account and saved billing information can be deleted from our servers at your written request. All information you have provided to us is volunteered to us by you, and we take commercially reasonable measures to ensure that information is kept secure. The only people with access to your information are affiliated trusted partners of Key Of E Music, such as contractors who provide technical support and software development services. You are free to edit the information you provide to us at any time.

If for any reason you want to unsubscribe to emails from us, the email address you have provided to us will be deleted from our servers, upon your written request.

Payment transactions are handled by a third party (Stripe), which in turn, sends us a token (i.e. an identifier) which securely maps back to the sensitive data in order to confirm the transaction.

All information you provide to us, including your email address, will never be sold, rented, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent, other than for the express purpose of providing and administering the services of the website, and for internal reasons associated with the purchase of your music licence(s).  Information may be passed in confidence to a third party for administrative purposes only.

The IP address of visitors may be logged in order to track and/or prevent abuse. Key Of E Music uses cookies to help us analyze web traffic, improve our service, and maintain a customer session (e.g. allowing you to sign in and add items to your cart, to identify the country from which you are transacting, and remember what your preferences when changing pages).

We do not sell to persons under 18 years of age.

We may transfer and disclose information, including your personal data to third parties: (i) to comply with legal obligations; (ii) when we believe in good faith that the law requires it; (iii) at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; (iv) to verify or enforce our Terms & Conditions or Music Licence Agreement; (v) to respond to an emergency; or (vi) to otherwise protect the rights, property, safety or security of third parties. Such disclosures may be carried out without notice to you.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time.  We will notify you via the email address already provided by you of any significant changes that occur.
